all of this is done in a lysol'd environment.
what i do now is take a folded up print, wipe outside with alcohol, pick it up with flame and alcohol sterilized scissors, place in new ziploc.
Usually i only make 6 or 7 3cc syringes at a time, so i cut a strip of the still-folded print off of the whole.
I take out the remaining part of the print, fold it up and put it back, then seal the ziploc.
Then the tricky part is unfolding the strip of print whilst it's still in the ziploc.
then fill the syringes with sterile water. Usually I just poke them through the ziploc, if they're small gauge needles they work fine. try to squirt the print directly.
Move print and water to the bottom corner, and scrape spores off from the outside.
move the scraped clean foil up the bag, out of the way.
now just stab your syringes through the ziploc, pull back the plunger, and you're set.
GOOD: no glove box needed (mine is too small to do this in)
BAD: depending on how your method of storage, the outside of your spore print might not be something you want mingling in your spore suspension.

don't use lysol as it contains petroleum distilliates. just wash glove box or still air box thoroughly with 10% bleach solution.
