idk hard to explain basically, mushrooms are illegal by definition but not by means. They were put here by a higher being for purposes unidentified yet. How can you make something illegal that just grows.
whats next grass and petunias

It probably wouldn't hurt most of the people here if they passed this anti-spore law, but you have to realize that the Shroomery would have to find some new sponsors because the old ones would be going out of business.

Salvia is the next victim. Uncle Sam's definitely talking about making Salvia illegal.

Or the old sponsors would have to switch to selling strictly spores of inactive strains.

They, along with any other easily obtainable natural substance, will never be legal. There is too much pork barrel money embedded in our national economy, to remove these from the list. If anything, regulation and control will become tighter.Quote:
highc said: I was reading on a site. Can't remember name, but it said legislatures were talking about the ban on mushroom spores containing psilocybin. I mean honestly i do not know the actual percentage, but i'd have to say only about 5% of spores are purchased for microscopic use. We all know where the rest go. So
What are the chances of spores being illegal?
What purpose do they serve being legal?
Can law makers use the Shroomery as evidence for the legal status of spores?
