Eh, let them. I don't grow anyway, I just collect spores. And there's no active chemicals in the spores anyway.
Not everyone that has spores grows mushrooms. I guess I'm in that so-called "5 percent".

Why in Gods name would someone pay to look at spores, when essentially there's not much difference between the strains in appearance. Just go rent a porn, it'll be more entertaining.

I'm the type of person, that if the purchase isn't monetarily profitable, it isn't worth the purchase. Now spores can be profitable, as long as you have a venture in mind prior to purchase.

I know absolutely nothing whatsoever about mushrooms as a monetary investment... however ive heard on TV somewhere that Portobello and Shitake are good ventures.

I didn't specify for a reason. But I have nothing against the entrepreneurs among us who grow for financial gain.

The problem with stockpiling spores is that you need to occaisionally grow agian, and take fresh prints. Prints don't last too long before they become contaminated.

Seriously though, why does a community founded on criminal cultivation, have so much negative sentiment towards hustlers?

People who grow and cultivate illegal varieties of mushrooms make the rest of us law-abiding microscope-using mycologists look bad. Now ask Jesus for forgiveness.

Because thats not the point, to grow mushrooms and become some kind of drug dealer. The hobby should be for personal enjoyment, and if you are going to profit off of the growing do so with edibles and gourmet strains at a local marketplace or something. Otherwise, keep it to yourself.
