No growlog....I use rye spawned to HMC then mix that with about 50% coir and throw them in the tubs. I practice little to no cleanliness...dont disinfect anything and just mix straight tap water with the coir and then mix it with HMC and rye. Put wax paper on til fully colonized then case with 50/50 coir verm. Upon seeing first myc break thru, I patch...wait a few days and initiate pinning with 3-6 FAE/day and 12/12 light cycle. What you see are the results.

The tubs are in just a regular room with a space heater set to appropriate temps. No air filter or air cleaning system of any kind.

Those tubs are about 22 gallon tubs and about 2.5'x1.5'

I say coir rocks, and for $2 a brick, well worth it, but yeah, that hpoo is spendy.

Definitely not selling them although the market around here would pay about 200/oz roughly. I just grow them then throw them away......ya right. We try to make a good amount in the months precedding Bonnaroo(although this yrs lineup sux) and other festivals and use them to barter. There's something oddly rewarding when you dont have to rely on $$ to get what you want at these festivals.

How many pounds of HMC did you use per tub? Is it cased? I can't tell. Thanks.
