simple grow closet

I was considering growing a bunch(15-20) of tupperware trays inside my closet. A lot of posts mentioned MARTHA style grows, which for various reasons(time, cost, space) are unfeasible for me. I was wondering what I should expect were I to clean up the walk-in closet, wiping it down with rubbing alcohol and spraying the living bejeezus out of it with disinfectant spray, then putting either/or some perlite or a sonicmist humidifier on the bottom and a light near the top, keeping the door only slightly open to allow airflow? I'm also considering aiming a fan towards the door, either pushing air in from the outside or setting it up inside the closet and having it blow stale air towards the opening?
For reference, I am going to be growing rye spawned to coir/coffee/compost mix. I was going to case it with 50/50 peet moss/vermiculite, but after reading RR's recommendation, I was considering just putting some wax paper on top of the tray and regularly misting. Would casing help to prevent contamination in this case? Does anyone see any problems with this?

umm... your closet isn't going to be able to keep the humidity level at the level it needs to be at. seriously just get a martha. you can get them on ebay for under 40 shipped to your door

you'd need a humidifier brah.. for that amount of space.. probably a couple of humidifiers..
if you have individual terrariums, then you might get away with perlite.
plus you dont want to put a bunch of humidity straight on your house walls, that's just asking for mold.
look into martha's more.. i dont think they're that much if that's what you're trying to do.

Hmm... Yeah I was planning on keeping a humidifier or two working, but I guess what you said about the walls is pretty important. Hmm... I guess I'll have to do some measurements on the closet. Basically a MARTHA's just a translucent plastic enclosure with a humidifier on the bottom and an air pump, right?

Sorry about the sarcasm- I'd read a few teks and was considering macguyvering something similar and just wondering if I missed any key component.
Thanks everyone for their help. Unless anyone wants to share some advice or disagree, I'll just let this thread disappear quietly.
