innoculating with uncolonized lc
    #7941380 - 01/27/08 05:10 PM (16 years, 5 days ago)

I'm just about to shoot 2 cc's of spores into an lc i've been letting cool down(honey and water). I planned on noccin' up some more pf jars in 2 or 3 days. is that alright? I was thinking it would at least give it the 2 or 3 day boost that I would have been waiting anyways.

LC is lame IMHO. I like G2G with cloned myc.

Do it in a Glovebox for 99% success rate.

don't waste your efforts. make sure the LC is colonized and not contaminated before you transfer to a jar. spore germination takes at least 3 days. patience is required by this hobby.
