what is the distribution of Coplandia cyanescens in Europe?
how common are they?
are they rstricted in habitat to growing only out of dung? ie. do they also grow in well manured pasture?

They are a subtropic mushroom, as far I know it will be hard to find these conditions anywhere in Europe.

Maybe in extreme southern Spain or Italy, not too sure on that. MJ would be the man to talk to.

In pasturelands in the south of Italy Spain and France along the Mediterannian Sea areas. Gerowing form Manure. Menton France is a good place if you are there.
Copelabndia bispora was recently collected in large quantities in Swqitzerland on a church lawn.

AS of yet no has has found them in Greece.
They are in Africa and northern Africa and along the northern Mediteranniean. So why not Greece. Who knows> mj
