“Atropa belladonna” (Beautiful woman)
deadly nightshade.

Made from an extract of nightshade berries, also called atropa belladonna, the resulting eyedrops dilate the pupils, providing a soft and seductive effect.

“In the world I see you are stalking elk through the damp canyon forests around the ruins of Rock feller Center. You'll wear leather clothes that will last you the rest of your life. You'll climb the wrist-thick kudzu vines that wrap the Sears Towers. And when you look down, you'll see tiny figures pounding corn, laying stripes of venison on the empty car pool lane of some abandoned superhighways.”        -Chuck Palahniuk-

I do... I have a very rare form of iris coloboma. My eye defects are almost completely symmetrical. My pupils are almost tear shaped and because of this, I have pretty bad astigmatism. My pupils cannot dilate closed normally. They dilate open completely, giving off a more normal appearance. It's a blessing and a curse. Some times it throws people I'm meeting for the first time off a bit. Friends call me cateyes...

I've heard optometrists say to their collegues "You've got to see this!" many times.  The optometrist from my home town would mentor students at the optometry school at my university, so I'd book appointments with him.  He always made a point of telling the students that I had huge pupils, some of the biggest he'd seen.  Sadly, I never heard my penis doctor say that.  My opto would also always try to hook me up with the cute students.

Conversely, when I was getting my hearing checked, the audiologist told me "You have incredibly tiny ears for a man".  I wanted to tell her that she had incredibly tiny tits for a woman, but I'm too nice.
