what can you do about it?
even a good tripper, after years of "going with the flow", might find themselves at a point in which a defensive position is taken.

relaxing, gentling down, following the breath are what we do, but what if you find no breath at all, can you take refuge in the void?
do you need to practice mahayana buddhism for this?

I think if you dose more carefully you wont encounter too many embarrasing moments of being overcome suddenly such that all your effort at relaxing and gentling work no more. but this humbling experience is always possible. you still do need to practice being gentle even if you fail to avoid fighting.


as for your buddies and wanting to get wasted, part of that is delicious, and part of it is degenerate, but friends are very valuable. the degenerate part is entangled with the delicious part. good luck and enjoy.
