Picked, Dried, Left Out, Can I still Eat it?

I picked the one mushroom that was growing, I dried it by fan for 48 hrs, then dried it in a chamber with silca gel, so it was totally cracker dry. Then I just tossed it in a lil cup on my dresser, too lasy to wrap it in a plastic bag.. its been laying there unwrapped for about 2 weeks. can i still eat it or will it hurt me?

Its fine.
If you are gonna save it for any longer, either toss it in the silica chamber again, or when you put it in a jar, throw a silica packet in with it.
If you dont have a silica packet, take a coffee filter and pour some damp-rid in it. Then tape the coffee filter so that its folded and it holds the damp-rid.

If the fruit was craker dry, you should be safe from a contamination/rot standpoint. Depending upon the temperature and available moisture, they will probably be somewhat weaker than if you had stored them better.
