toward the bottom of the first pic.

this not only appears to be knots, but pins. if so it's time to birth. in the second jar, i don't see anything remarkable.

are you exposing your jars to light while inverted? otherwise, it would not be normal for knots or pins to form exclusivly on the bottom of the jar. so it could simply be clumps of vermiculite. or an air gap in the jar which is bieng filled with mycelium. it wouldn't be wrong to birth the jar anyway.
