Edible marijuana without the added smell

Hey, I recently got my tonsils removed two days ago and I can't smoke weed for up to two weeks. I would like to make some brownies or edible cannabis but I don't want my apartment to smell. I heard when making brownies the smell will stick around for quite a while.
Anyone have a recipe or method to avoid the smell of cannabis going throughout my apartment?
Thanks in advance!~

When I make cookies it only smells the kitchen up for like 30 mins, along with 20 mins of cooking.

okay well if you are really paranoid about smell, heres a filthy way of eating your cannabis.
Steps: 1. grind a gram to a very fine mixture. (start with a gram, if you like it, go for more) 2. take some crackers (like premium plus) and spread one layer of peanut butter over it. 3. carefully sprinkle your weed on the peanut butter, and make sure each crumb has the most surface area possible, touching the peanut butter. 4. once you have all your weed on the peanut butter, spread one more small layer on top of the existing peanutbutter-weed-mix. 5. take the crackers that you have the peanut butter on, and sandwich them together and then wrap them up in tin foil. 6. put them in a toaster oven and cook on a low low temperature for 5 minutes. to test if its ready or not, take the tin foil out, and open it up. peek into each cracker sandwich, and if the peanut butter looks melty or baked, you should be okay.
what is happening here is the fat from the peanut butter is absorbing all the thc from the bud, and then youre eating it. a tip is to not put so much peanut butter on, because if it starts melting out, youre going to have to lick all the melted peanut butter off the tin foil or whatever container you have, because you dont know if it contains your thc or not.
they will taste vile, because you are eating weed, but its bearable with the peanut butter masking the taste. if you really cant handle it, take a glass of milk and wash down every chomp.
have fun!

Yeah firecrackers.
Uhhhh just 1 question, how much weed do you usually put on each cracker?

If you're making Ghee aka Cannibutter (prior to cooking the actually edible) then it usually smells for the duration that you're boiling the herbs with the butter.

Ive never had a big smell problem making cannabutter in the microwave, but you could always try cannaoil. Just take about 5-30 grams of your bud, ground well, put it into a jar with vegetable oil, canola, ect. and seal tight. give it a week to do its thing, an voila. doesnt taste as good as butter, but still works great for brownies with no smell at all. just as potent
