At least you don't have a potential pregnancy to worry about.
I reaaallly hope that: 1. The morning after pill works 2. I am actually infertile as I suspect.
I don't have $400 to shell out right now.

I've had a few friends that had abortions stay at my house. I don't care about the ethics of it, so I'm not getting into that. But, the sooner you get the abortion done the cheaper it will be and less pain it will cause the girl. Girls usually feels completely awful for about 2-3 days after. If your girl is in a situation where a pregnancy/baby would ruin her life, get an abortion. If she gets one, be supportive the whole time, it'll make things easier on her.

Well planned parenthood told us that within a week before the period was the least likely time she could get pregnant... and she is due for her period in a week. Plan B delays the period for 5 days so I've got about 2 weeks until I know if I need to give the parents a call and be like "So uhh... can I borrow $400?"
Edit: she also took the pill within 1.5 hours of the incident, so that lets me relax a little more. Someone who knows more about female anatomy/physiology: do you think we should be alright?

And then when I wake up I'm going to do some looking around for a good first credit card!

I remember I had a pregnancy scare RIGHT before I left to Bonnaroo this past year. Turned out to be a false alarm, and I didn't worry about it too much during the day, but during the nights when I was coming down off my trips I just layed in my tent thinking how drastically my life was going to change from the plans I had for it. I missed alot of nighttime shows I wanted to see. That stupid bitch... My interest in sex has dropped significantly since then too.
I don't think I would ever have a problem with a girl I knocked up getting an abortion. I just DO NOT like babies. Or commitment to other people.
And means, what will you be doing in your internship if you get it?

I got up at 7am, listened to The Zombies & Vampire Weekend (just a coincidence that I put on two bands with names referencing the living dead), had breakfast, made my lunch for the day, changed my son's nappy, got him dressed, mucked about with some toys with him, got washed and dressed, kissed wife and child, went to work, reading "Still Here" by Ram Dass on the train.
All done with a smile on my face - busy, but happy!

Sorry to hear your morning started out so shitty. I hope things get better, and try not to worry so much. Like deadandeavor said, I think you're going to be fine since she took the pill so soon. I think girls often wait until the next day to take the morning-after pill, and it's worked for many before.
Keep us updated.

From what I understand, the pill is meant to induce a girls period. so if there is a fertilized egg in there before it takes the membrane in the uterus (which there shouldn't be because by this point in her cycle the egg has probably begun to break down into the wall), then the fertilized egg will come out. So if you got it 1.5 hours after you have a really excellent chance that it should be coming out in the next couple days(especially because you can take it up to 3 days after and it should still be effective). Her period should be regular if not early. You should be in good shape.

I hate relying on birth control, i dont know what i dont trust more, the girl taking the pill/patch/shot on schedule or the pill/patch/shot being effective. A couple years ago i was with this girl on birth control and every time there was a slight possibility that i could get her pregnant if she wasnt on birth control, she would immediately stop taking it till i forced her to take pregnancy tests or her period started. Glad i got rid of dat bitch.

Birth control isn't that much fun. If you screw up it really messes with your schedule. I don't blame her for not taking the pill (unless of course she was not being truthful about it). I still don't trust that regulating hormones so that pregnancy is avoided is really healthy at all.

well, some girls need those hormones to regulate themselves... like I'm a lesbian but I still have to take birth control b/c otherwise my body gets completely out of whack.
anyway, let's see I got up... took a shower, did my hair, did some laundry, played guitar for a bit (I have a lesson today)... then decided to hop on here for a min before getting completely dressed and going to guitar lessons, dr appt, and workin at my little part time job.

Actually you're thinking of RU486, the abortion pill. That's the one that gets rid of a fertilized egg.
The morning after pill prevents ovulation (releasing of an egg) for 5 days. This way there will be no egg release to be fertilized by the sperm that can live in the body for up to 7 days.
