i only use it when i'm on the treadmill.
warm up and stretch until i reach 120bpm. 170bpm is high intensity cardio. 130bpm at jogging pace.
what are your applications?

ive only had one session. i guess it was a base session or something, idk. they looked at my brain waves as i did a few different tests. they were on some old as MSDOS computer type thing.
i did one test for 20 minutes where i stared at the screen, and on the screen was a rectangle in the middle, with a white dot in the very middle of the screen. i had a little button in my hand, and was told to focus on the dot and there will be a little white box that pops up either above or below the dot. my task was to click the button once for every time it popped up on top of the dot. i missed 4 in 20 minutes of doing it..
the second thing he had me do was this pac man lookin maze thing. it was a maze with pac man. he would walk along, and stop every once and a while, and then move extremely slow. then go normal. i was supposed to make him move faster with my thoughts, and make him go when he stopped. that was my first session, which was last week. was supposed to go again today but something came up so they had to cancel.

Good Luck, hopefully you don't spend 17K like I did.

This was the main test I was given like 15 years ago to determine if I had ADD. I failed miserably. What can I say...booooooring.
I still deny having ADD though. What 12 year old kid in the world has the patience for this shit?
