Question about coir?Hey

Hey guys i have a quick question about my coir as a bulk substrate i used Wbs and spawned to coir, now it look like it was going amazing i checked it about 4 days ago and there was spots of myc coming up to the top of the coir. and stuck it back into the darkness and when i checked on it today there does not seem to be anymore growth now my question to you is do you possibly know what my cause this, I can see that the myc is right below the surface just is not colonizing the top layer, I would put i pic up but i left my camera in my car for a couple hours and its -25 up here so it needs some time to heat up. Since the top is not colonizing and I know your suppose to wait for 100% before you fruit is this maybe an option i should look at? thanks for any help you can offer

Contamination/low temps are my suspicions. Does it smell? What temp is it at?

well it's not 100% so why would you fruit it either?
it'll probably keep growing, you're just paying too much attention to it

Ya i guess i can maybe leave it for another week and see what happens cant hurt right, i am just having an issue with my first grow i used worm castings to case some wbs and i only did a 1 inch substrate depth and the worm castings half colonized and it was hell haha i get tonnes and tonnes of tiny fruits which is ok i guess but i want to see the big boys haha so i dont want to take any chances with this

it's possible the top could be a little dry which would slow progress
someone with more experience about this would be nice..I might advise misting it a bit if you think it's a little on the dry side, but I'm fairly new to the coir game as well. misting at this point would leave you with a higher chance of contams as well..so who knows
