Purposely having a bad trip

I've been to the gates of hell once. What scares me more, in hindsight, is my reaction, fear, and inability to let go. I want to explore my own fear and defeat it, so I can go beyond. I feel like I am being held back by negative emotions.
I have been toying with the idea of triggering another bad trip to defeat my demons and exorcise these things from me. I probably will not do it, but I've been toying with the idea.
Any ideas how? Watching a scary movie? Staying up all night?

The best way to defeat your demons is to have a good trip.
By the time the trip has gone bad you're already losing.

You want to be a Duppy Conqueror It can't be done by invoking a bad trip, you must work on it in your daily life.

Somehow I don't think you'd be able to. I think that if you're honestly not afraid to face that experience again, you are going to have a "good" trip regardless.
Just make it a mind blowing one, one way or another.

You can conquer your demons on any battleground bro, they are your demons. Why choose a hellish place when you can have one filled with love, divinity, and hope?
The possible consequences of doing otherwise can be extremely disasterous. Like, no coming back disasterous.

Upping the dose increases the chances of everything going horribly awry. So why don't you eat an ounce dried and go driving? That would be a bad trip you would probably never come back from. Or eat a hefty dose and go have dinner with the family and go fucking nuts. Fucking up your real life is a real bad trip. You want psychedelic therapy, not a bad trip. And you already know you are your own psychologist.

I think it's pretty damn easy to have an outwardly bad trip. Example, walk into a police station while tripping and then show them some other drugs. Done.
I think what he is talking about is having an inwardly bad trip. One that you could have while sitting by yourself comfortably in your own home. That is harder to come by.

I guess it just depends on the person and their personal reaction
so change of who you are is subjective I guess, just to me it's really negative

Ya, thats what I'm looking for. I don't want to get locked up or loose my mind. Christ people. I want a showdown with myself.
1) Take a large dose (a bit more than an eighth if you know the average strength). You are aiming for VERY STRONG. This isn't for fun, this won't be pleasant. You are going on a mission inside your own mind. Treat it as such.
2) Enclose yourself in a small room. I personally used to use a bed cushion in an otherwise empty room.
3) Turn off all lights.
4) Turn on no music.
5) Curl up in a fetal position. Let your thoughts consume you. You won't fall asleep. Let the waves roll over you.
I find that the lack of any stimulation is about as close as you could get to a sensory depravation tank, and then your mind will take the reins.

the first time i did MDMA i got a REALLY good blue dolphin pill. I spent the entire roll in awe of how amazing it was and spent the entire night thinking about myself and looking at my fathers old yearbooks that happened to be in the shelf in mine and my brothers part of the house...pretty amazing experience. I havent felt like that on MDMA since. No time is like the first time you really feel MDMA.
