Lighting ideas for stealth grow

So I'm growing with invitro bags and need to be discrete. To hide them I'm going to place the bags inside a large plastic storage bin with a fan cut in the side for circulation. What would be some low heat options for lighting?
Has anyone use LED rope light? How successful do you this would be: http://www.acehardwareoutlet.com/(gcpmquf3btzgu355d1onioma)/ProductDetails.aspx?SKU=9600305
Thanks, I'd really appreciate some product links.

Get a 6500 Kelvin color temp, 23 watts.

Im using a 6ft LED cool white rope light with a color temp of 6000k. It produces no detectable heat and is the perfect amount of light when placing it inside a FC. I would highly recommend it, im actually buying another one fairly soon.

Or maybe one of these regular flourescent lights:

I'm placing the box in a 72-4 degree room. The flourescent light should heat the box up a little but could this even be a good thing, isnt 76-80 degrees more optimal? So I'm debating between this light and the one in my last reply. Which do you guys recommend?

whatever's cheaper.
light is really not that big of a factor when it comes to growing.
it helps induce pinning but i think that's essentially the extent of its necessity

Thats the exact one i purchased. I like the price of those microfluorescent lights better but i would be afraid they would get too hot. i already battle with hot temps so i have to be very careful about adding extra heat

another benefit to the LED light rope is that it is rated for indoor and outdoor use, so 100% humidity won't mess it up

On your concern with low heat lighting....
I use a 15-25 Gallon (can't remember which) aquarium as my FC...with the flourescent bulb it came with on the lid for light. It doesn't add any heat. Same temp inside the FC as room temp.
