Hi!

I just injekted my jars with mexican spores and I also have little experience by using psilocybe cubensis
so is there major differencies beetween these?Can i Just follow same method that I did with cubensis?
And is there any differencies about effects beetween these?

Are you following PF tek ? They like grass seed as substrate i think. They differ from cubensis a bit (that is for growth parameters), wait for an experienced answer.

We don't know if you mean a mexican strain of psilocybe cubensis, or if you are in fact refering to psilocybe mexicanna. Mexican strains of cubensis are grown just like any cubensis is. P. mexicana is not.
