Eat alot of nori(japanese sea weed) it leeches heavy metals and toxins out of the body and is the only substance on earth that has this property.

Exlax and grain alcohol.

Avoid: sugar, yeast, dairy, alcohol, drugs, refined flour (or wheat in general), anything processed.
Include: Fresh fruit and veggies-- especially leafy greens like kale, lean organic meats, whole grains like quinoa or brown rice, as much organic as possible, plenty of water, herbal teas.
try this recipe: Red Quinoa Salad I've been making this lately and I can't get enough of it! It hits all the important food groups and includes a lot of very nutritious and delicious ingredients. It's easy to fill up a tupperware dish of it and go to school or work and it lasts for a couple of days. Mmmm... yum.

i've been vegetarian for two years. but dang, if i gave up sugar or anything processed. i'd probably be approvingly thin. it's hard to do that though when i live with someone because there will constantly be food with sugar and other non organic things that i shouldn't be eating.
as for quinoa. that looks fantastic. it sounds great, i'll really have to check that out within the next few days! i'm always looking for new food recipes

Try replacing sugar with honey or at least using raw cane sugar, preferably organic, instead of white. If you have to have it, go for better quality sweets like organic dark chocolate and eat smaller pieces. Less, better indulgence is my method. Low quantity, high quality means that when you do consume something that isn't all that good for you (beer, for example) you savor it all the more because it's special and it's better than the cheap shit you'd be able to buy more frequently.
That quinoa salad is so good I wish I'd made another batch tonight. *sigh*

Is that some kind of fake sugar? I am pretty much all about natural, whole foods so I havn't really looked into that kind of thing. I also don't really care for sweets anymore. I used to have a sweet tooth but it's magically disappeared.

Xylitol is natural and safe. It has also been found to strengthen teeth by making them cavity resistant. I still like to sweeten oatmeal and green tea, and xylitol works well.

You all talk like the kidneys and livers are fucking layabouts that do nothing.
The only recommendation I would have if I wanted to wash toxins and minerals out of my body would be to drink plenty of water, as well as fruit juices, and carrots or other vegetables to keep salt levels up. Really, you can drink or eat anything that's not alcohol or drugs and your liver and kidneys will do all the detoxing for you. Just keep them hydrated to make their work easier.

Cavity resistant? That's new to me. From what I know about Xylitol, is bacteria try to eat it, but can't, and end up dying as a result. It is used in dentifrices/toothpastes for that reason, and unlike sodium fluoride, won't kill you if you eat it.
