general plan i'm looking to follow...

my spores get here in a couple days. i wana start things with something about like this http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/7863201/an/0/page/0
once the mycelium starts growing, add a little h2o2 to fight new contams.
after i have several of those grown, i'll refridgerate most of em. how long will these be good for in there approx?
put together wide mouth jars with the brown rice flour and vermic substrate. pressure cook em and then add a small amount of h2o2, and noc with a syringe of liquid mycelium. i'm interested in doing these with the polyfill as well, as opposed to the layer of verm. have 1 hole with polyfill for gas exchange, and another hole with silicon sealant for self healing inoculation. is this acceptable or should i just stick with the layer?
they should colonize pretty quick from this, correct? once they are done, i'll get em into an incubator.
other questions: how much h2o2 should go into the LC and how much into the cakes? will pressure cooking not fuck up the polyfill? is it ok that it'll be kinda soaked from all the steam?
for my incubator, how protected from the outside air do i need to keep them, since they are fully colonized? i was considering putting them in a rubbermaid type tote with openings on 2 sides, and having my ultrasonic humidifier (with some h2o2 mixed in) aimed at it, but not actually injecting humidity... more just passively treating the area. i'd of course have a hygrometer and temp guage to make sure it was getting it to the right conditions, and i'd keep my ionic breeze near it.
anything else ppl wana offer is appreciated. -Jon

for one, you have to go easy on the h2o2. when you sterilized the liquid culture medium, there would be no more need to try to kill any contams on the inside, as there wouldnt be any.
and with my lc guide, just dont get the polyfil wet from retarded shaking.
and i wouldnt be too sure about the pf lid modification. but i have heard of people doing that idea. hopefully someone who has done it comes in here.
and yes the polyfill will get a little moist from steam, but it dries insanely fast. and shouldnt be a problem. many grain jars are done this way.

i'm trying to ration using polyfill on the pf lids with the idea of adding h2o2 in them to balance out any lack of contaminant security caused by not having the layer of verm. that's the main one i'm interested in for peroxide... not so much the liquid cultures.
thanx for the input

anyone have input on adding h2o2 to substrate jars? what about for casings? i think i'm on the paranoid end of things for contamination as my friend who grew had problems with it.
also, do any of you guys take out an LC when the season for it rolls around, and just go around town to places that look friendly for fungus, and start squirtin liquic mycelium around and then check back on it occasionally? seems like if you got the hang of what to look for this would be a goldmine.
