One casing get too dry?
    #7909069 - 01/21/08 10:42 AM (16 years, 11 days ago)

Need a little help. I don't want to ruin a good thing at this point. I have 2 casings in a green house and my humidifier went to shit last night. When I got up this morn. the pin set showed NO signs of growth and my casings look extreamly dry. Can I just mist the crap out of them with out hurting the pin set or should I remove them from the containers and also wet from the bottom side. Man I got killer pin set for my first grow and don't want to loose my little babies. PLEASE HELP.
P.S. Casings are DRY DRY.

Misted From far away till I saw water droplets (small) from on casings, Faned the crap out of them and misted the greenhouse walls. I going to see if I can find a container for some perlite.
Thanks:sad:

An ultra sonic mister provides the smallest water droplets, and minimizes your risk of droplets pooling around pins.

Remember, water droplets on pins do not cause aborts, water droplets on pins left in a stale air environment do cause aborts.

As long as you have sufficient FAE you can mist away, but be sure the water bottle sprays a fine mist.

A Shotgun FC with perlite and an ultra sonic tubed in for misting can be set on a timer and be fully automated without any need for manual fanning or misting.

You can pour water directly on the casing layer between pins to fully hydrate it. We use high humidity to slow down the rate of evaporation, but you still need to mist directly to replace what is used by the growing fruits, as well as to replace what moisture naturally evaporates.

Thanks guys:), After rehydrating looks like their going to bounce right back. I did have to pick off several aborts but I've seen growth in the rest of them just since this morning.
RR when is your new video gona hit the market?
Thanks again!!:syringe:
