Are we talking about cakes or casings?

Hmmmm... things sound pretty much on the up-and-up from your description. You might consider fanning 3x/day instead of two, or just installing a (filtered) air pump to provide constant fresh air.

Is water condensing on the mycelium at all? How about on the sides of the terrarium. Humidity gauges can be wildly inaccurate - my cat finds that one can gauge Rh easily just by looking at the terrarium walls.

>>I had the same problem with my cakes; lots and lots of pins but very few or no fruits. I added a pump attached to an airstone that was submerged in a container of water and perlite. Problem solved.<<

Good Dog! Shroom treats for you tonight!

Good advice, too.

>>well, I guess I'm off to get a pump.

Or you could just fan several times a day and save your money.

Peace,

Bop
