Living conditions: health concern

I live with my parents right now and my dad has about 80K worth of fertilizer, herbicide and pesticide products stored around the house. The backyard and side of the house is literally stacked with liquid and granule forms of bug and weed killers.
Sometimes when I am going around the back of the house i can smell the chemicals in the air, and I think that even when I cant smell them I am breathing them in. I am concerned that prolonged exposure to these chemicals will be detrimental to my health and my 3 kittens as they always wander around the house.
Does anyone know if these things are dangerous to live around? Are there any tests I can have done to see if we have too many chemicals in the air or something? I am seriously worried about my long term health here.

$80,000 worth of fertilizer? holy shit.
uh.
they're probably ok as long as you aren't ingesting them.
really depends what it is..
throw a tarp over them to keep them from being airborne and keep the kitties away from them... i doubt they would try to eat it.

Even airborne exposure to pesticides is dangerous to your health. I used to be a hazmat tech.

he works as a regional merchant for like 5-6 big pesticide/fertilizer companies... When a store has to get rid of a product (return/defective/no longer legal to sell) he picks up usually expensive products for nearly nothing...
It is not even close to worth it imo if 20 years from now I am paying 100k for chemotherapy as a result of his negligence.... obviously.

Herbicides and pesticides are known to emit VOCs (volatile organic compounds), many of which are carcinogenic. You can smell VOCs from strong sources like sharpees, paint, or new carpet. On average, indoor air is 2-5 times more polluted than outdoors in large part to VOCs.
Could your dad rent some warehouse storage space somewhere?
Another option would be to designate a room to storage of these chemicals, keep the door closed, and have ventilation installed which sucks the air straight out to above the house. I imagine a vent like that would only cost one or two thousand to install. I think the EPA has a protocol for installing smoking rooms in commercial buildings that says the ventilation must be strong enough for the pressure differential to be negative 5 Pascals with respect to the rest of the building.
