Psychedelic Spokesperson

Well, after the demise of Terence McKenna, bless him, the psychedelic scene hasn't really had a leader.
There have been some people who have popped up here and there, such as Joe Rogan , but I don't think these people really understand quite what the psychedelic experience is all about, like Terence McKenna / Leary / Alpert / D.M. Turner, etc.. did.
Quite some time ago, I heard of Krystal Cole, and I checked her out. She wrote a book called Lysergic, which makes for an excellent read. She's not afraid to speak her mind.
I do think that she is one who definitely understands the psychedelic experience!
What do you think?

I'm sorry...but did you just imply that Joe rogan is even in the same league as Terence Mckenna. not saying that he may not be a cool guy..but huh??!
Ive heard his comments on talk shows and such, but usually hes almost directly quoting Terence Mckenna and then i hear people at school praising Joe Rogan as some kind of brilliant visionary. tickles my pickle.
Ill check out the link to Krystal Cole. I think it might have seen some of her videos where she is describing her experience with anally administered DMT. What a trooper. But there have been many people that have come and gone and contributed greatly to the psychedelic community. No?

No way, man! You totally misunderstood me! I do not think that Joe Rogan is even remotely in the same league as McKenna.
Like your situation at school, I get tired of hearing people speak about Joe Rogan, etc. I'm just like, oh god, not this crap again. I just want these people to find somebody who really knows what they're talking about, who really knows what the psychedelic experience is all about.
Now, Krystal Cole, I believe, is on to something. I've read her books and listed to some of her videos on YouTube, and they both ring with truth.

I could be the new spokesperson. I would be willing to give up my own rights to spread the word of love and peace to the world. Someones gotta do it. but send me a crapload of psychedelics so I can turn people on, tune them in and drop them out

shes a good girl dont get me wrong but there are people at this forum who are more experienced and more intelligent. she seems kind of like a dits to me, even if shes not, she doesnt even deserve to be mentioned on the same level as good old terrence or tim leary.

just because Krystal Cole anally administered DMT, doesn't make her a leader she seems like a really nice girl.but you need someone who does not only speak their mind, but who is loud, and would be heard by the masses. you need someone who could rally large amounts of like minded people together to come together with the same goal in mind.

Absolutely. She's got nowhere near the type of uniqueness of cadence, style, or perspective, in my opinion, as McKenna or Leary did. And don't get me started on Pinchbeck, who seems to want the mantle for himself. That guy is drier than my turds after I've eaten too much fiber.
We don't need one spokesperson. That's the future of the psychedelic "scene." We must all raise our voices in support of the substances we love and the experiences that have helped shape who we are. We can't put all our eggs in one basket. Everyone who feels the urge should speak up, should write about their experiences. Not everyone, but everyone that feels that urge. I know I do.

She's not a porn star as far as I know. But if she was, it'd be cool if she fucked while tripping on 600 mg of anally administrated DMT.

saw a young lady talking about plugging 600 mgs a clear talker more like turner than either of the charismatics (leary or mckenna, who are both not worth following, except to the washroom for a hit)
honesty on the net is a good thing tho, this is a good video in that way.

Do psychedelics need a "spokesperson"???
I think they speak for themselves, i can't descirbe what psychedelics do to me, and i wouldnt ever expect anyone else to either. If sumone interested in them they should try them and get theyre own personal experience from it. I like the idea of capturing that feeling and spreading it to the world but hearing it fomr another human just doesnt do it, you need to experience it first hand.
I understand why you made this thread but i think this whole McKenna is a psy-god we need a replacement shit is just a load of old bollocks.
RIP McKenna im sure you were a great man and a genius, and like many genius' people are still raping your work and using it for theyre own agendas.

Yeah, not being able to describe a drug effects, unfortunatly that's why I tryed coke, so I could get what verbally I wasn't. Big mistake on my part, to say the least. I certinly aggree that personal experience hands down is a great way to get the honest truth if you're in the right enviroment. But when other's opinions are considered the best and you have no way of knowing, that could cause problems. Drug Guru's are in our society why?

Yes, I agree. I do believe that is very representative of the psychedelic scene, having and listening to everybody, not just one person, display their own unique interpretations of experience.
I think I did sound a little confusing; I just made this thread to try and raise awareness of those who speak their mind and are original. That's all. I wasn't implying that we need one spokesperson, but rather, I was insinuating the diversity of psychedelic representatives, emphasizing that now is the time where some of them are sort of lacking. Pinchy... Rogan.. Well, I don't really need to say much there. There are some, though, that are out there and sound charming to my ears.

Having been around Alex I can tell you that he exudes a great deal of humbleness...I don't see him as wanting to be a spokesperson for anything so much as a representative of something...there's a difference, I think.
