Liquid cultures with myc not showing inoculation on wbs after 2 days?

I apologize for not being able to take photo's for you guys but my camera has gone missing so I'll try to really describe the situation as well as possible.
Ok, so I got a syringe that was maybe 4 months old, been refridgerated since day 1. The fridge had a cold spell where all my wbs jars got frozen solid murdered.
Although since I started my new LC's 2 weeks ago the syringe seemed to be making some mycelium near the very bottom of the jar along with alot of nasty scummy sediment. I made 2 different kinds of LC's. Potato water at 25% by itself, and potato water with the same ratio but 2 teaspoons of white corn syrup. They are pint jars which is 500ml and their half full.
I pressure cooked the jar's instead of microwaving and they carmelized pretty bad, looked like piss with sediment yet a little myc was still growing so I thought it would work. Their was too much sediment I think and I may have either confused sediment with myc and incubated too long and the sugars in lc got exhausted or the day my heating pad brought the temps up to 95f for like 20 hours might have shocked the mycelium pretty bad. I also only injected like 1 cc per jar. I shook the syringe up before but I couldn't see very many spores so it wasn't a great syringe. Should I be injecting a full syringe's worth into a LC?
So 2 days ago I took one of the potato water and karo jars jars and shook it up real good then sucked into a syringe. I injected each jar with 2 cc's of this. Yesterday after not seeing anything I decided to try sucking the scummy myc off the bottom and see if this worked any better. I injected 5 cc's into a single jar yesterday afternoon and when I checked this morning still nothing in any of the jars.
This syringe I'm using should be good though. I bought this syringe along with another one which worked perfectly and germinated on wbs without any problems. I could clearly see myc in my lc's though im posetive but they either got temperature shocked in the incubator or carmelized in my steamer.
Today I think I will try using the last 3 cc's I have left in my syringe in a LC made from the water I soaked my grains in. I rinsed all the bird coat off many times and switched my water 4 different times till it wasn't cloudy. It's a orangy kinda color. I think I will microwave it this time though for 5 minutes waite till it cools and inject. If I were to judge how much wbs water should go into this LC should it be all orange or should it be very dillute and almost clear? The syringe did make some myc but do I really need to inject the whole thing?
I've read up on LC's alot but I hear it take like 2 days at 95f to kill a jar. If anybody has any suggestions or thought's that would be so cool. thank you friends!

Maybe give it a little more time to show growth?

Yea... 2 days is pretty quick. Give it more time!

a properly made LC should show some sign of growth within 48 hours i think.. at least from my experience. 5ccs in one jar is... alot.
