Anyone here know their math?

The length of a photograph is 5 centimeters more than its width. The area is 150 square centimeters. Find the length and width of the photograph.

area = length x width

so pretty much..

length is 15, width is 10.

150 = 15 x 10

there's an algebraic way to solve this, but that's the answer you need.

it'd be easy to me too if I hadn't taken 4 years off from math up to this semester

or is it twice that?

if so, just divide by two.

That sounds hard. Now multivariable calculus and differential equations on the otherhand, those are EZ.

I'm sure if I wanted to be a physicist i'd have put a little more emphasis on math.

Unfortunately for physics, I'm not interested.
