You're telling me! That is one of the wierd things I thought about before the attacks when I lived in Maryland. If a nuke went off near the white house, I would be incinerated! I personally don't want to see us invade Iraq and others because Bush classifies them as "Evil Doers" but if al-queda or anyone set off a nuke in the US I would let the gov. take whatever action, regardless of how outragous, in retaliation. It sucks we have to think about this stuff.

It's always the 'end days' for someone.

Well, Bush will have to have some excuse to invade Saddam; nukes would do it. Where do you think Al-queda would get one?

Yes, it is ALWAYS the "end of days"for someone. But this time, they may be correct.

If there's another terrorist attack by Al-Qiada (sp.?) before the november elections my biggest fear is that there will be a democRAT landslide victory. That means no hope of the 'assault weapons' ban sunsetting and no hope of partial birth abortion being banned or pro-life judges being installed. We desperatly need to retake the senate by a 4-5 seat margin and to solidly retain the house by more than the 6 seats we have now.
