Hi all,
I've been lurking and reading for a while, i thought about time to introduce myself.
I live in Australia and current in a top story apartment with a nice enclosed balcony. I wish to put some succulents and perhaps a shrub or two (salvia diviorium is illegal, but there are other types perhaps?).mod edit: not a shroomery sponsor
Maybe some suggestions from the knowledgeable folks here perhaps
Cheers C_T

Kratom? I don't know if that's prohibited there too.. San pedro? An acacia perhaps?

Yeah i'm going to start 2 or 3 san pedro's (or trichocereus as uarewotyoueat suggested) and already have some Lophophora williamsii seeds i'd like to grow then graft onto it (which will be a learning curve).
Mini tree or shrub, i'm after something manageable about 1 foot radius, no bigger than 3 foot tall... I've seen acacia have dmt alkaloids, i'm really just unsure about which ones end up tree's and which ones i can keep to a reasonably smallish size, with the potential for respectable yeild.
Cheers C_T
ps. I have grown some plants from seeds before, but i do need to do plenty of research for different species.

u should research grafting your loph seedlings to pereskiopsis, to start with anyway... they grow like mad on that particular stock and u would get plenty of material to graft onto your trichos quite fast
not to say that grafting seedlings to larger stocks is a bad idea, i just think that its easier for the beginner to graft seedlings to smaller diameter stocks and larger scions to larger diameter stocks...
