Too little innoculant/Shaking problems

Me and a buddy just finished knocking up 24 quart jars of WBS prepared and sterilized to the exact specifications of the "From Print to Syringe" tek. My friend was hitting the jars up while I bandaged the holes in the tyvek, but when I checked in with him I found he was only using about one cc per jar. There's not really a whole lot I can do about it now, and I was just wondering if this will fuck us up badly. Slow colonization I wouldn't mind at all, we were very sterile so contams don't worry me too much either, but just total lack of colonization a possibility?
Also, when we shook them up after innoc, the bottom half of the seeds in the jars were just straight up stuck together. With some hard banging some of them would slip down but maintain the shape of the bottom of the jar. We PCd at 15 psi for an hour, boiled them all for 45 minutes (till kernels were opening up), exactly like the tek says and they just dont wanna break up. Will this really be a problem? Like I said, slow colonization doesn't bother me and these jars are eventually just going in the dirt outside so if they'll colonize and be crumble-able within a month or two I'm satisfied.
Sorry for the long post, mahalo for any answers.

I would wait until you see mycelium, then add some water which you've lacked in the inculation process, then shake. You should be good.
1 pint jars I assume?
Edit:
Ahola, you on the islands? I used to live on Ewa Beach, Oahu... I miss it... Bastard.

1cc per quart jar is plenty.. there are millions of spores that you cannot see in your syringe.

wait wait wait... you do NOT WANT THE KERNELS TO OPEN.. this releases all of their starches causing them to stick together....

I use about 1cc between 2 holes on each jar I haven't had any trouble with the syringes i use. I do use shroomery vendors so 1cc will get the job done. Even more so if you were sterile.

i dont know what tek you were reading but i BOILING wbs is never a good idea....
you want to soak for 12-24 hours to hatch endospores.. then rinse... then simmer(JUST under boiling.. when steam rises off the water) for 15-20 min... keep checking the grains.. when u see they are mostly plump and VERY little have popped take them out and rinse... once fully drained they are ready to load and pc for 90 min at 15 psi. Did you really boil your jars after pcing?

Sorry guys, I meant simmering, and my continuity was off, we simmered BEFORE PCing. and only a few kernels were open, not a bunch.
