Physical Side Effects? (Running nose etc...)

Ive tripped over a hundred times on different strains of shrooms mostly fresh a few dry.
Got stuck on negative thought loops before and had very bad feeling parts of trips. Never a whole bad trip though, i feel all bad tripping comes from not flowing with it and fighting against yourself, not letting go, being attched etc....
But some people i know get a majorly running nose and phlem, and also some get the shivers really bad for a few minutes, saying they're freezing cold!
I was on the same shrooms as the friend who got cold so i know it wasnt the shrooms, but my friends who get runny noses and load of phlem always get it when they do shrooms off sumone else...could it be coincidence? Does old shrooms give bad effects like this, 2-3 year olds? Isit mouldy ones? Certain strain? (i know golden teachers make me weep)
Ive never had weird effects like this before so cant say, the weirdest things i get is stomach cramps if i stand up for too long and feeling like im sweating when im actually dry.
Peace...

ya i get the shivers even when its like room temperature sometimes my muscles twitch as if its freezing, mushrooms can really make ur body do crazy things as if ur poisoned and thats how people believe that psilocin is a poison. u can get dry mouth easily and a runny nose like u said. it effects people differently but the more u take the more the symptoms worsen

when i tripped on a MEGA dose i didnt get any side effects apart from a bad trip for a couple hours because i insisted on making tea with ALL the shrooms i had, including different strains. DONT MIX STRAINS!!!
Could it be a psilocybin:psylocin ratio, in dry/wet shrooms
Has anyone here had symptoms like this on fresh shrooms?

I've got 2 friends who are the same height and size as me. And EVERY time we dose up we all get the sniffles. It's nothing big or anything...Not like we have snot running down our nose or even as much as a problem as getting up to blow our nose. All 3 of us always laugh and joke about how mushrooms should be used to clear your sinuses, haha. Good times.

I get the shivers. On occasion, a runny nose.
Oh! And I see shit too - is that normal? =/

During the come up I usually get really tired and can't stop yawning, my nose gets stuffed up and by the end of the trip I feel physically spent and my nose is plugged : / Maybe I'm allergic? But it's totally worth it.

I get the yawns like crazy during the come up of a trip. I get the shivers really bad. Even if im hot on the outside i'll feel frozen on the inside.
Ive heard friends talk about getting runny noses and watery eyes, but I cant recall any of that happening to me.

Definitely get the yawns. My trip buddy yawns a lot too. Wikipedias's got some interesting facts about yawning. A means of cooling the brain.[5] An action used as an unconscious communication of psychological decompression after a state of high alert. An excess of carbon dioxide and lack of oxygen in the blood. [1] A way of displaying (or indicative of) apathy. Tiredness A means of equalizing inner ear pressure, which can be triggered by another's yawning
I used to get the shits the day after. Nothing major, just one fast and loose squat. Haven't noticed it on the last few trips, but I have been trying to eat more vegetables in general.

I think it makes you yawn because while you're tripping you don't take full breaths (and that's your bodies reaction to a lack of oxygen), at least most people I know. Sometimes it's too intense to breathe

the best times ive had tripping are where i just sit or lay there and breathe, it beats off the yawning and you go into an ecstatic trance, i find
