I have a syringe coming in the mail. It's REALLY cold here. Will it be useless if it freezes?

But it might not be... frozen is bad...
That said, if it is... a Shroomery vendor will gladly replace your loss.
Don't order spores in extreme heat or cold.

I did this a couple times i was having trouble with my fridge and it froze my syringe like 3 times you dont have to incubate or anything just sit them out till they thaw and use them, i wouldnt recommend doing this often cause it will most likely cause damage but mine all worked out fine

I am a novice grower but what i know from studying microbiology the spores are pretty temp tolerant. Mushroom spores should not be affected one bit, just as long as you allow them to come to room temp at a normal pace. If one was bad i couldnt honestly see how freezing could be the blame but i guess in a small container like that with liquid who knows.

A roommate once put a syring of mine in the freezer. It was there for months before I noticed and took it out. It was still viable. I'm sure they'll be ok.
