 I need to make a case against ITT Tech.

I owe so much money to this place and I keep deferring payments, incurring interest, and getting myself deeper and deeper into debt. I can't, and absolutely refuse to pay them.
I don't feel I should have to repay my loans. Bottom line. That school was a fucking disgrace and not by any means worth the money I borrowed for it. I'm talking teachers that severely struggled with English, piss poor curriculum, broken computers, etc. Their idea for a class was to have the teacher hand out a tutorial on the subject at hand and make us teach ourselves...something I could do for free.
I need to know what I need to do to get the company into court and dismiss my loans. I can't afford to pay them back. I never will be able to afford to pay them back and I can't have this weight on my shoulders the rest of my life. I learned NOTHING new from going to this school. It was a waste of my time, money, and gas. I dropped out the first time, but I even ended up re-enrolling 2 years later because of a post-card in the mail that said they've changed and their whole system has improved, when it only got worse. I feel lied to and I feel like the place was falsely advertised.
I really need help here. They don't deserve my money and I need to make sure that they don't get it. What do I do!

I had a similar horrible experience with them.
The instructors they had were either Asian or Middle-Eastern, both of which barely knew any English.
I would find myself frequently correcting their mistakes - not in the language, but in the scientific material they are supposed to know.
Seems to me that the administration just randomly yanked some losers from the street and said: "Hey wanna job? Just go to this room and pretend to know what you're talking about".
We should walk around with protest signs!

Exactly. I'm really being serious here. I need to have my loans dropped. I'm not after any money, I don't want to sue, I just don't want to make my payments...it's not right.

Unless you find yourself some good legal aid, there's no way that's gonna happen.
And you'll find yourself paying more and more in interest.

It's a disgrace, as I said. The credits aren't even transferable. For now I'm in forbearance on all of my loans, the best I can do is make small payments while they're in that status in hopes that when they come out of forbearance I'm all up to date on payments.
I got nothing from the school. It's almost as if I just walked up to a government sign-up sheet and said, "Please put me $30,000 in debt, effective immediately."
I have so much hatred toward this institution right now, I'm starting to go through some really bad decisions in my head...

I would seek legal advice, not shroomery advice. lol. You could also declare bankruptcy. It would fuck your credit all up but it might get rid of your loans. I'm not too sure about how that all works so do some research on that if it's really an option for you.

I'm not looking for a lawyer here, I'm just looking for advice on where to start. I've managed to put them all on a forbearance, so I'll be able to make some payments on them and catch up. I'm not going bankrupt yet...
It's just fucking retarded I have to pay it at all. They don't deserve one fucking cent of that money.

I got loans through Sallie Mae. They let me pay them $100 every 6 months to "put off" payment. I'm just racking up interest though and I need to immediately start paying them off before it gets too out of control. I attended on 2 separate occasions so of course there's 2 set's of private and federal loans to account for. It's really going to suck but if I pay enough during my forbearance period I may be able to lower my monthly payments to a comfortable level.
It's kind of hit the point where I have to start taking immediate responsibility for my money, something that I wasn't taught and something that doesn't come easy. I'm 22, and thousands in debt already, but I have a well paying job and the bills are still being paid on time. I think I still have a shred of hope, but I have to do it now or I'll never get it done.

You're on the right track.
Put aside spending any money on leisures and luxuries until the bills are settled.
It's gonna be a tight and boring life for awhile, but at least, you'll be free eventually.

Well I'm hoping to use the gym now as a way to pass the time and overcome the boredom and things I'll be missing now that I don't have spending money anymore.... well not as much as I'd like at least.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but your student loan agreement (that you signed) makes a big point of saying that you have to repay no matter how shitty your education is. Exactly because of situations like this. The feds don't give a fuck about how you got ripped off; they want their money. Also bankruptcy does not (usually) absolve student loans. You can always skip town and not pay, but that will massively fuck your credit -- way more than normal loans. They can also forcibly garnish wages, etc.
Sorry dude -- you need pro financial advice ASAP. One outside possibility -- if you can get teaching certified and spend time in very understaffed schools, you can sometimes get debt forgiveness. Otherwise, suck it up and get ready to pay. Because taking the "my school sucks so I won't pay" angle is a big waste of your energy; accept it and move forward.
