Spawning Jars

Question:
- Can colonized jars be spawned like any other colonized mycelium substrate, and if so what method?
I have 5 jars of TC in the FC for the second week. I notice tiny brown dots, but not sure if these are beginning pin heads. Thinking about spawning while they are still clean and healthy if possible, to maybe have a nice big casing. Suggestions?

Hmmm...why have you put your jars in the FC? Do you mean your incubator? Are they fully colonized yet? What is in the jars -- rye berries? You can spawn grains to poo, coir, etc.

use coir and coffee. pasteurize the coir/coffee, then when cool, mix 50/50 (the ratio i use, can be more/less) with the grain in the tray/tub, then let it fully colonize the sub, then case with verm/peat. then send me a needle cuz i just broke mine. ive got plenty h though, just need the needle. thanks.

Sorry it seems i failed to properly get my problem across. The jars are not actually jars at all anymore. I am past the point of inoculation and incubation and have five fully colonized mycelium cakes.
problem: I am worried they are having a difficult time realizing that they need to start fruiting. I would like to transfer the jars to a casing rather than have them sit in the open. Tomorrow will be the second week in the FC and i know it can take a while but i rather spawn if applicable to avoid prolonged exposure to contams and thus losing the cakes, thanks. -Guy

Is there anyway this stalling will hurt the mushy's growing?
Also, Alternatives to a PC? I know it is necessary but didnt need it on pre-made jars and dont have time or cash to get a PC.
100% would you agree that spawning to 100% hpoo would be better? Or a 50/50 of verm/hpoo? Thanks
