Very nice Mitch, I would have thought it would have been a little cheap with that plastic tube and all. I still probably would not spend the money on this contraption but never the less very nice review. What did the overall time take from birthing-harvest of last flushes ?

That's not the point, I have the money but why blow it on some little dome that you can't even fit that many cakes into. You can spend less than 75 for a clear storage bin, humidifier, perlite (optional) and still have money to spend on a bag of bud or something.

Why would you order those ? You would still need your substrate in some kind of container which would make a solar bell pointless unless you were growing some outdoors I guess.

monstermitch is just providing a product review for those interested in potentially purchasing an all-in-one system, i dont believe he is telling everyone to go out and buy one. he's not debating the value of the mycosphere vs building your own system, he's just offering helpful information on an available product.

I didn't say mitch was trying to argue the value of it or building a custom setup I was offering my opinion as to If I thought it was worth it. Also don't want new growers to feel they must go out and buy this product to grow mushrooms.

I agree, me and my grow partner spent 130 on a grow kit and the only use I have out of it now is I made a kick ass glove box out of the package..lol

I thought it looked pretty cool for a novelty chamber or something. the design looks like it is good. If nothing else I would incorporate some of the design elements into my own contraptions.

btw nice watermarks. cool post.

Well in making this a non locked thread people are gonna write their opinions on the product. That's how reviews work, Mitch did a wonderful job of his review. Everyone else put in their 2 cents worth on what they know about the product since no one is willing to spend 170 on it.

I'm just wondering why the first flush wasn't shown for any of the cakes. Why only the second and third?
