PCing casing mix in oven bags

Don't have the available jars needed to PC enough casing mix so I was going to use oven bags. I am going to put a towel in the bottom and put one of the PC racks on top to avoid blocking the vent.
Only question is what should I do with the tops? Zip tie them? just twist and leave lose? or pressure seal them?
And incase someone missed reading above this is for casing mix only, don't need the process of making a filter patch bag explained.

You don't need to sterilize a casing mix! Pasteurize. whatever you decide to do, don't seal. Remember, water is going to turn into gas. If you seal it it will expand and rip the bag.

The short answer, zip ties. And like Shroomy 1 said, pasteurize & vent!
I just tried this a week or 2 ago with oven bags, this is what I did. I double bagged, those Reynolds oven bags seemed pretty thin. I also tied off the bottom with a zip tie since I read a few reports of the bottom ripping out.
I also used a zip tie on top after I put the thermometer through. I left this one a little bit looser so air could escape. Stuffing some polyfill in there probably wouldnt of been a bad idea, but I didnt think of it till just now. Im sure a twist tie & twisting the bag up would of worked just as well. Just not too tight, you need to let steam escape.
I put a towel on top of the trivet. I then took a 10lb plate from my weight set and pulled the plastic on top of the bag through the hole in the plate so it was weighed down. It really wants to float so you'll have to use something to weight it down.
Fill with water about 3/4 the way up. Heat. When it got to 150 degrees I turned the heat down trying to keep it at 165. Adjust heat as necessary. As mentioned, you want to pasteurize, not sterilize. Not below 150 or above 180 for about 90 mins. I didnt use a lid on the PC until after an hour when I put the lid on, killed the heat and left it overnight. I checked the temp after about 20 mins to make sure the temps weren't getting too high with the lid on.
It worked out well. Really well actually. Im going to pick up some spawn bags since I read they're alot thicker and dont break as easy. If I just had a small amount of casing mix to do i'd still use jars because I found them a bit easier but using jars here would of taken a few rounds since my PC only holds 7 qt jars and I did about 17qts.
I could use another PC though. Damm this hobby gets expensive!

Definately pasturize. If you are good with a grill, you can even do the process outside and save the smell inside.
