like flour. hence the name, brown rice flour. Brown rice, ground into flour. Floured ground rice is what you want. Not Brown Rice Chunks. Sounds like you need to invest in a coffee grinder providing it doesnt take too much of a bite out of your allowance.

You're gonna laugh at me, but I bought the "magic bullet" from Wally world and it's been awesome for me. I grind everything with it! Gypsum, Brown rice, etc. I've been playing around with the idea of making WBS flour. I haven't done cakes in soooo long and I'm thinking of making WBS/Verm cakes. Just for shits and giggles.

You can grow on straight brown rice just fine. It doesn't work all that well because the rice gets compacted and sticky, but there is no issue with using it other than that really. Your water won't soak into chunks as well, so it will be less than optimal.
Why not just by BRF like everyone else? Grinding your own sounds like a real pain in the ass to me.

Why grind brown rice into flour when most stores have brown rice flour for sale in the healthy section in bulk bins? Not expensive and ready to go.Much easier... no grinding.2 cents.

Buy pre ground BRF from a health food store, or a cheap run-of-the-mill coffee grinder works just great to make your own fresh BRF.

Depends where in the world you are as to how easy it is to get brf. I have only really found one place that sells it near me and that is a health food shop.
I grind up organic brown rice as it's much easier to get, easy to grind and costs less. I have used it fairly coarse in pf cakes and it does the job.
