I've actually been having what sounds like the same problem. I'll just go ahead and post some pics. Not that they're very high quality.
This is when I knocked it up...
And this is a week later...
And this is over two weeks later now...
Does this look like yours? I know its hard to see but I only have a webcam.

I tried using one of the jars of LC I had. I was very sterile and I knocked up a PF tek jar, a couple more LCs, and a WBS jar. So far I have nothing in any of them and its been three days.
I also opened the LC I used to check for foul smell, but it just smelled like the liquid I used to make the LC.
Where did you get your spores from, if you don't mind me asking. I'm starting to think that might be the problem. Everything I've tested these specific spores in looks like it has stalled a day or two after germination.

Dandruff? marine snow?
-------------------- Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.

I used turbinado sugar for my LC, and its kinda yellowish. I know that I have mycelium in the bottom of my jars, but the question is why has it stopped growing? So far the other jars I have inoculated show no signs of contamination or mycelium growth.
For my LC I used 5 grams of turbinado sugar for every 240ml of water. It's the same as Agar's tek.
