Interesting, but I'm not certain that any of those are very likely as they do not really exist in a sense of our own being and the path of awareness. I think a plausible view is that humans who find themselves capable of developing their ability to make conscious decisions and work through resolving more instinctual reactions to their environment will be more prone for survival in a more interconnected, global system. Reason and critical thinking will prevail. As humans no longer have their consciousness dominated by obstructive elements of their own thoughts, humans will tend to be more aware of their perceptions of reality. I would imagine that, as humans would be consciously experiencing their perceptions to a greater and greater degree, the physical nature of our sensory devices will become more enhanced as well. Humans will naturally tend to tune into more subtle, transparent elements of our environment, which will result in greater understanding of the nature of reality, thus further propagating these trends by making these beings more capable of navigating reality.
Also to be noted is that there is no standard pace for evolution to occur, the only question being the nature and degree of stresses that the environment will produce. We are on a path of being more realized. Inhibiting factors on our true nature will dissolve in the unmitigated light of reality.

I think anyone from the future who saw this would laugh at it like we laugh at early 20th century predictions of what 21st century life would be like. Shouldn't we be living in moon colonies with hover cars and robot sex slaves by now?
Predicting 4 million years into the future? hmm...

Stanley Kubrick was almost dead on when he made 2001: A Space Odyssey. Notice how much of what was at that time considered science fictional elements of the film, such as the scene where the astronaut talks to his daughter via television screen/telephone. We have those now; we can talk to people and watch them on video. In fact, I watched my friend eat a grilled cheese sandwich live on webcam the other night while chatting with him. Also, I can't help but notice how much the "Astran" resembles the star child from 2001. But this is beside the point.
The predictions made in the link that I posted are hypothetical, yet realistic possibilities. Of course we can't predict the future, but we can make educated guesses, which is what the scientists did when they developed these hypothetical paths that evolution could possibly take. Also, don't forget that those stages of evolution would not occur until millions of years into the future.

Plus if people of the future laugh at us we can knock them out take their time machines and go to the future and kick some ass.

I realize you're jesting, but on a philosophical note, I have a feeling that time travel (at least Back To The Future-esque time travel, where one's current physical being arrives in the past) is a physical impossibility. But hey, if the Many Worlds Interpretation of quantum mechanics is right, then there are an infinite number of parallel universes in which you can travel through time in a DeLorean, but in this isolated universe that we are presently typing in, I don't think physical laws would allow it.

I dont think that those changes would be on a one-by-one basis. Any of those could happen as soon as we gain the knowledge to do so. I really do not think that cyborg adaptations or genetic modification are that far off, especially considering that we have mapped the entire human genome already. Was this predicted even in science fiction years ago? (No really, was it?) Yes it will take much longer to make use of this than it did to gather this data, but i think too many people are interested in this right now NOT to make great advancements.
