What can I do to increase these? For some reason I feel drugs have damaged these but I haven't been using drugs for longer than 5 years.
Perhaps its because I'm not on the drugs...
anyways, what can I do to increase my motivation, concentration, and processing speed?

Excercise, even if it's not going to a gym (I can't seem to make it there). From the second you get up, jump up & right into the shower. Walk fast and with purpose wherever you go. Motivate yourself. Little things like that can help boost your brain & the motivation in your day.
Keep in mind, it's winter. It's a much easier thing to do in the spring.

to increase motivation you need to take baby steps towards achieving your goals until you can complete any small tasks; then work towards achieving larger tasks. To increase processing speed, try and work out your brain more often, just like you would work out your body at a gym.... read more, think more, imagine more.
its not an easy thing to achieve, but through hard work and effort you will notice changes and a difference.

That's all of the motivation and processing speed you will ever need in crystal form!
I've been feeling a bit burnt out lately, but i usually do in the winter from lounging around. These guys are right, just wait a few more months.

Go away for a few weeks to a sunny country, away from friends. Live a spartan lifestyle. Get hands on with experiencing nature and practising survivalism. It may give you a good kick start physically and emotionally. Just one idea anyway.
