Wrote an e-mail to my boss in which I didn't even mention not getting a bonus, essentially detailing how I need to earn more money...she told me they completely forgot to give me my bonus, and then handed me $500 in cash. Nice.
Floatation Tank, here I come!

Why on earth would I sue my employer for not giving me a bonus?

uh more money? i know a girl's mom who has two civil suits going on at the same time. there are people who actually try to do things like that ya know. probably not worth because you would lose your job and more than likely lose or have any case you bring up thrown out. anyway, glad to see you got paid.

Wow, that is outrageously expensive.
Just find a hot tub in someones back yard with a cover over it and float for free.

Yeah, that cover will do a great job of making absolutely sure no light OR sound penetrates into the experience, and the water will have 1000 lbs of epsom salts dissolved into it so that my body floats without sinking, oh, and the water will be the temp. of my body....right?

Trent, you don't file a lawsuit over not getting a christmas bonus. For one thing, it would improve the general mood at the office You don't hassle a decent/good employer just to get a few bucks more.
OMR, congratulations! $500 is a lot of floating!

Wow, I'd love to get a $500 bonus. I'd have to have a better gig i guess. I got some chocolate covered oreos this year. This was better than the chocolate covered pretzels i got last year. Shit, talking about it you guys would probably think i have a high school job or something. not the case, my employer (who many of you know and have products and services of) is shit. i tell everyone i meet not to buy their services. Anyway, Good job with your bonus, you must do some damn good work!
