shoot spores into these jars without resterilizing them, sure if they are still sterile. I still wait a few days for growth. You did kick the mycelium ass.
if you want to start using lc's instead of mw's you got to go with light malt powder instead of honey, dextrose, turbino, etc/.........
I use 1 gram of light malt powder to 250ml's of water and have awesome growth with almost clear water. Less sugar is better
-------------------- Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.

sometimes LCs just don't work on cakes sometimes they just don't work at all >.>

WTF???? if the lc work it will work on anything. Saying that sometimes they do not work on cales is horible information

more often than not the cakes i've innoc'd with LC either didn't grow at all or only grew very cotton like and broke apart during birthing
i guess i've just had bad luck with LCs

that is a sign of contamination. So the correct statement would be that you can not make a lc
