The Bucket List
    #7869289 - 01/12/08 02:37 PM (16 years, 20 days ago)

Just saw it up the street because if Jack's in it, I'm going to see it. It was a sad movie but in a good way. It's fun to see two screen legends on the same screen.

I have no intention of seeing this movie, ever. Looks like crap.

Last time I saw a movie just because Jack was in it I ended up seeing Kathy Bates nude. Cured me of that real quick.

I laughed a few times. It's not a big comedy nor is it a complete ball out tearjerker. Don't expect a movie where you're not gonna shed a tear.

I like Jack Nicholson because he plays a bunch of roles ranging from Departed to About Schmidt to As Good as it Gets to One flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Morgan Freeman is a pretty diverse actor too.

im afraid jacky boy is only good with roles like one flew over the cuckoos nest or the joker in batman. he plays a great lunatic/psychopath but most of everything else hes in is subpar acting wise.

You didn't like him in As Good as it Gets or Departed? Both those guys were lunatics too, but in a different way. Do you think a guy with cancer who is going to die in one year is a lunatic. It's Jack, but in a different way.

I would check out As Good as it Gets if you get the chance. Jack is pretty bad ass in it. One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest is by far his best role in my opinion. R.P. McMurphy is the ultimate rebel against authority.

That's Dennis Hopper & Peter Fonda. Jack was in it, but a small part where he is an alcoholic "square" and the boys introduce him to pot. I don't think he dies in the movie if I recall right. It's been a good 5 years since I've seen it.

Got busy with a new job where I couldn't go on the shroomery during the day. I stopped coming on for awhile and the addiction had been broken. The holidays are over, 4 of my friends got married in a 6 month period (which is pathetic) so no more traveling the wedding tour, I've settled into this job pretty well & I'm hunkered down for a assaninely cold Midwest winter. I'm back baby!

Where the hell have you been?

They meet Jack in jail and he goes with them to Mardi Gras or what ever but on the way a couple red neck kill him with an ax in his sleep. Same ones at the very end.

And yeah, I don't plan on seeing the Bucket List.
