Jesus appearing in food is awefully significant. In fact signing is what significance is all about. I am guessing that that pancake was previously the most important thing in the world for the person for whom it was being prepared, but when his face appeared in the pancake it took on another importance, showing that the pancake wasn't quite as important. In fact probably one person at least mistook it for the zigzag guy and it made him smoke more weed, he was probably the only person who got anything out of the whole episode, especially as Ebay pulled the sale.

i just watched an episode of its always sunny in philadelphia where they thought a water stain was the virgin mary.
i think jesus appears where people want him to appear. you know? like if you look at some design just right, its exactly what you want it to be. something special.

It is a known FACT that apparitions find refuge and expression through objects they relate to, Jesus as we all know was a baker (of wood) and would (wood) have been given to exposure to alot of leavening (the balancing of bread on a fine point) therefore its only natural to expect a Jesus, even in an unfamiliar habitat (Dimension 3) to contact us through bread.
Just look at rye bread, its elusive at first but upon amplified inspection you see that the outer crust of the rye is distinctly the same texture that an avid bread carpenter such as Jesus would have had on his calloused hands, this is why its called rye bread in the first place!
Mary Magdalene : "Oh!....OH JESUS! Rye rye rye aw yo hands so ruff!" (Mary had a speech impediment caused by syphilis)
This is so funny I choked on my tea!

Clearly Jesus gets stoned and has the munchies...
Frankly, I would have expected much more from a community that suspossedly is centered around psychadelics.

Nah, I don't mind proliferating a harmless stereotype that is enjoyed in a positive manner. No one campaigns agansit marijuana use politically because it causes people to munch on stuff too much.

I once saw a Christ face on mushroom caps that I was growing. How fitting.
