In need of help!!!! Wondering if the spores I ordered are bad???

I recently have started to try the growing process... I have used both cracked corn and white popcorn a few different 3 times (21 quart jars) and nothing... I haven't seen the slightest bit of growth(all jars have had at least 3 weeks to incubate at 78degrees)... The syringes of B+ that I ordered though from SporeStore.com I think may be very weak... When the syringes are laid down for awhile I've heard there should at least be a solid black line were they rest on the side... the ones I have recieved maybe have 2 or 3 small clumps!!! Is this the problem????

no i dont think so. i would try and find WBS or rye grain and give it another shot. By what i understand the darkness of the syringe has nothing to do with it. but is always nice to see

If there's any flecks at all, there's at least some spores in there. Since your inoculated jars didn't contaminate, that's a good sign too. You can let the syringe stand vertical for a few minutes so those spores can sink to near the needle, then you can inject them. If that works, it shows it was a too light syringe. RR

I believe that could also be your problem. Using too much of the syringe could mess up your moisture content which will slow down or stop growth

You think it would be worth it though to order a syringe from another site or just order a print and go from there?

ordering the syringe is easier than making a syringe yourself if you have never done it before IMO. try sporeworks they have done me very well

he used no where near enough solution to cause any moisture problems.
He would have to get up near 20-30cc in a quart jar to even consider this

from my experience popcorn is a utter nightmare of a substrate, I pc'd mine atleast 4 times and each time there was to much moisture even after draining for 48 hours.... Switch to a easier sub, I doubt it's your spores although ive received syringes from a friend who bought them from spore works and they were indeed bunk.
You'll never know till you get your substrate proper.

B+ spores from SporeStore = no growth
All of my subsequent spores from SporeWorks = outstanding growth
I highly recommend SporeWorks.

If it was me I would try to grow them out on agar http://www.shroomery.org/23/Agar
If you dont feel comfortable on agar (ive tried the grocery agar tek and im still in the n00b stage, its pretty straightfoward) you can also use BRF paste under "Agar substitute" on the above link. Doing this will remove the whole "is it my substrate/moisture" variable. If your just seeing if anything grows it should be easy.
Cant hurt to try to get a replacement syringe, but there's a really good reason they say to stick with shroomery vendors. Ive used ralphsters and sporeworks and been very happy with both, but ive heard good things on just about all the shroomery vendors.
21 quart jars? It may make more sense to do 6-10 quarts then spawn them to coir or hpoo. It'd probably be cheaper with better results. Good luck!
