I have a Ultrasonic Cool Mist hooked up to my martha, however I have noticed the fluxuation from as low at 60% all the way up to 99%. I have experimented with timers, turning it on every couple hours or so but thats how I get those ranges.
When I run it 24/7, water condensates the casing and cakes and it always get to 99%.
Whats the secret to maintaining a good 90-95% range?

Toss out the ultrasonic and get a spinning impeller type cool mist, and set it inside the greenhouse. Adjust the timer so you get the desired level. I use one minute on, six minutes off. In the winter when ambient humidity is lower, I use one minute on, four minutes off. You'll have to tweak your own setup depending on your ambient conditions. RR

Where do you get a timer like that? The only ones I can find are 30 minutes or 15 minutes, or the digital ones that allow 14 on/offs per day.

There are minute timers also. You program one hours worth of minutes and it just repeats that over and over again.

I would suggest taking a look at the vendors here. Good quality items for reasonable prices. Just search for cycle timers.
