Hey brewers, couple questions about my first stout

I've got an all grain oatmeal stout sitting in a secondary fermenter right now. I brewed this batch about 3 weeks ago, and racked into the secondary two weeks ago. I just checked the F.G. and it's showing right around 1.010 which is what it should be when its finished. I tasted it and it was pretty good for a warm, flat stout. I was expecting a mouth full of sour funk, but it wasn't bad.
Now my question is why won't the damn thing stop bubbling?! The airlock is still bubbling about once or twice a minute. Usually after 15 days the airlock will be still. I read that it might be infected but it doesn't stink, taste bad, or have any slime or film on it. Should I just go ahead and keg it up or should I wait it out and see if it finishes up by itself? I'm afraid that if it is slightly infected that it could start tasting bad if I don't act now. Do stouts generally take longer than ales? I've never kegged or bottled up a beer that was still active so I'm not sure what to do with this one. Thanks for any help.

Average temperature is around 65.
The only thing I did different with this batch is that I racked it into the secondary a couple days earlier than normal. I'm not sure if that would make fermentation take longer or not.

I would say its the temp, making fermentation take longer.

well you kinda need to know the starting gravity and the yeast tolerance to alcohol aka how much it ferments to.
bottom line is you still got a little bit of sugar in their, just let it keep bubbling

OK, I waited a few more days to see if the hydrometer would drop any more, which it didn't. So I decided to go ahead and keg it up. After cooling and carbonating the beer for 3 days its looking something like this -

The taste is not bad at all. My only gripe is that it could have been a little heavier. I like stouts that are almost offensive to the taste buds! This one could be described as a "light oatmeal-cream stout". Its definitely drinkable and will only get better over the next 2 or 3 weeks in the keg. Next time I'll use more chocolate and roasted malts to give it more kick. Cheers!
