The bags you get from Mycopath with the filter patch on them. Is it possible to PC those bags in a 10 psi PC?
Will this work? If so how long?
Any help is appreciated.

Yeah they are pressure cooker safe. I would PC them for like 1hr 15min. I don't see why you would need to PC it though. Doesn't it come with a sterility guarantee?

I'm PC'ing them because I'm making my own substrate. Coir/Coffee. Then I'm going to PC them as you suggested.
I can do that right?

Don't you usually inoculate the bag, let colonize, then spawn to a bulk substrate?
I don't see why another PC session would be needed.

You can also get oven bags from walmart. I remember reading that someone said to wrap the bag in a towel, that you do not want it directly touching the sides/bottom of the pressure cooker.

~Does any special care need to be taken to dry the filter patch on a bag after pressure cooking??? I haven't found any information on this. Anyone have any experience with this?~
