well i dont recommend using this tek ne 1 who is new like me ..

no soaking / endosporing = not good i think .. out of 4 jars/ strains only 1 has growth .. not rhizo-numero-uno in ne of the others .. out of the 4 strains the one showing life is tc of all fukin things haha ! azure , jalisco , and equdor flunked .. eq is rockin in brf however .. does ne 1 have ne imput on this ?

Don't knowhow long you waited but as well as Jalisco, Azures tend to take a lot longer to germinate than cubes. Therefore it's likely to see cube myc, while not seeing any other.

ive considered this .. though through my very stupid 'technique' (mistake) of inoc. brf with those 2 strains the jalisco is getting hold of the sub .. its been about 5 days

try this out... it was a turning point in my growing experiences. just remember to shake!!!!!and to leave enough room to shake... the only other thing you need to learn is g2g transfer or karo syringe thing.... i was more of a fan for the actual g2g transfer. a tip... dip ur spoon in hydrogen peroxide. when u switch jars
