That sucks cause it would have cost the same amount if you had 30 of them.

Oh really? I thought it was like $5 a piece or something. That's not that bad then. At least I know my pain meds will be affordable then. :WHEW: That's my next fear lol.

If you have co-pay its usually a flat rate for generics. My doctor will write some of my prescriptions for 60 in a refill so I can get more for the same amount.

Sweet. This was my first prescription I've ever had to get filled myself. What a learning experience.

Yeah, seriously. I got the nitrous mask and fentanyl and\or ketamine. I was shocked after my first appointment when I saw the list of what they were going to give me.
After taking a few healthy pulls off the nitrous mask they put the needle in my arm, asked me to count backwards from 100, and then I was walking in the parking lot. Exactly like that, clear and smooth as day like I had teleported. Apparently I was going on about how easy it was and that I was fine to go for some time prior, but creeeeepy just the same.
Afterwards it was vicodins for a couple weeks, I got dry socketed pretty bad, but the vics were plenty to cope. I even got one refill. Good luck!

How many refills do you get? I don't want to get an addiction by any means but how often am I going to have a legal script for painkillers ya know?

maybe one refill if that
my biggest mistake was that i never brushed my holes(months later), i was always thinking its gunna hurt like hell, or ill open them back up. Because of that, they didn't heal, eventually i realized something was wrong and i started brushing them.
oh and one mistake not to make, them vic's or oxycotin w/e you get, do NOT take them before bedtime. If your going to be on your back for any period of time do not take them.
They fucked my stomach up hardcore, years later im STILL having stomach problems. When you lay down they just sit in a corner of your stomach and eat away at it.
edit: and by the time you start getting stomach aches your already fucked. I took some kratom powder about a week after my script ran out because my stomach was hurting, i ended up puking a sink full stained blood

Good to know, thanks for the tip. I highly doubt I'd get oxies . I'm expecting either Perc or Vic 5's.

I had one of my wisdom teeth pulled out on Monday for the exact same reason, the thing was so far back in my jaw that I could never brush it and it was so decayed that it wasn't even worth it to put a filling in it.
I was nervous about the procedure but it wasn't bad at all. They gave me nitrous and everything was over with in like 15 minutes. I got a script for sixteen 7.5 mg vicodins and the pain isn't even bad, I could have gotten by with Tylenol. I won't even need any pain killers tomarrow so I'll have 12 extra vicodin left over.

I just think it'll be fun to work while on meds. They allow that at Best Buy (if you have a prescription obviously). I doubt they'd want me communicating with customers though so they'd probably keep me in the back fixing computers the whole time, or doing solo work, which is awesome at Geek Squad. I'm hoping for the best! That's the first time I've driven up to a window, handed a prescription for Valium, $10, and got a bottle with pills in it I can't wait to pick up the painkillers, I'll have such a huge swollen smile on my face

I don't have any health or dental insurance and my script for 16 7.5 vikes was only $12. I was happy with that.
And it was supposed to be an extra $65 to get the nitrous during the procedure but the doctor didn't even charge me for that. It still cost me like $250 though.

Geezus! Only a doctor would have the balls to charge $65 for $5 worth of gas! No wonder our medical system is one of the most expensive in the world.

I had all four wisdom teeth taken out at the same time, one was growing sideways into the root of the molar next to it.
The oral surgeon gave me a prescription for percocet, and that got rid of all pain and gave me a terrific buzz. After a few days, I stopped taking the pills.
So, yeah, the thing about the general anesthesia is true, you're in the chair and they put the IV bag thing in your arm, then it's done, no time exists in between, complete momentary oblivion.

Yeah, no shit. For $65 I could buy enough nitrous to last hours.
Imagine me walking into the place with a whip-cream dispenser in one hand and 3 boxes of whip-its in the other and telling the doc I got the nitrous covered.

Well tomorrow morning is the extraction! I'm nervous as shit. The valium he gave me of course didn't do anything, it never does (I need at least 4 to feel anything). I'm going to see if my pops will give me a few Xanax to help. I'm still nervous as shit!
I'm looking forward to not biting my cheek anymore when I chew gum, oh yea and the pain meds...

I'm having mine out Feb 9. Going under general anesthesia isn't bad. Don't worry about that. And the recovery time shouldn't be too bad. When my brother had his done, he was ready to go out that night.
I'm gonna try and get some vicodin or something and just sleeeeeeep
