Generally speaking, cakes that are fully colonized are resistant to contamination. Read some more posts on fresh air exchange and you'll see that you'' be fine.
How will you be controlling humidity?

For a small fruiting chamber, perlite is more than than enough to maintain 95% humidity.
Using a humidifier usually ends up in not enough humidifier or soaking everything inside. They can be quite difficult to setup right.
Perlite will keep it humid for upto 6 weeks.
Fully colinised substrate is resistant to contamination, FAE actually helps prevent contamination as contams generaly like still stale air, particularly cobweb
A plastic container with lots of small holes drilled in all 6 sides (look up shotgun FC) will give adequate FAE with minimul fanning (3-4 times daily)

Drill 1/4" holes in your plexy glass lid on 4" centers each way to make it look kinda like peg board. It will help with FAE while you are away. If you want to get fancy you can buy a cheap air pump for a 10 gallon aquarium($8) and a bubbler stone($1) and some air hose($4) and drop it into a cup of water in the corner of your aquarium along with your hydrated perlite... You now have constant FAE and your RH shouldn't drop much. If you think your RH is getting too low, put the air pump on a timer($10) and you will have a FC that requires almost no attention(just keep an eye on the cup and make sure it has water in it).

I haven't seen what you are talking about but it would probably work but it would be relatively the same price if you build it yourself and you could save some cash on shipping by stopping by your local pet shop.
